JOB SUMMARY
As we expand our Analytics team, we are looking for a dynamic Jr Analytics Consultant with expertise in SAP BI, Power BI, Tableau, and other leading BI tools. This role is focused on providing first level support, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of various analytics and business intelligence platforms.
If you have at least two years of experience in BI tools such as SAP BW, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, and Tableau, and are excited about working in a diverse analytics environment, this the place for you.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customer requests and incidents related to SAP BI services and Analytics tools
- Triage and dispatch tickets to relevant teams, working closely with other 2nd and 3rdlevel • Support teams when needed.
- Resolve support tickets for assigned services, escalate when necessary, and follow up to • ensure timely issue resolution.
- Document and track issue resolutions, contributing to process documentation to • support continuous improvement.
- Daily monitoring of SAP systems and Front-end applications to ensure smooth operation and quick identification of potential issues.
- Taking over development tasks within SAP implementation projects
PROFESIONNAL SKILLS
- Experience as an advanced SAP key-user or experience as junior in SAP BI and Analytics (preferably with modules such as SAP BW, BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP HANA, and SAP Data Services. Experience with data modeling, reporting, ETL processes, and query design is highly valued.
- Process chain monitoring and resolution
- Nice to have – good technical background of SAP BI/BW
- Experienced in user management, authorization concepts, and administration
- BEX query design and reporting
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to perform root-cause analysis for efficient issue resolution.
- Problem Solving: Robust troubleshooting skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Very good social skills, well organized and ready to face challenges
- Collaborative & Independent Work: Ability to work both collaboratively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality work.
- Customer Orientation: Strong service mindset, with excellent communication skills for technical and nontechnical audiences.
- English Proficiency: Fluent spoken and written English required. • *Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing tool is a plus
