Customer Success Coordinator

Main Purpose of the Role:

As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will play a critical administrative and coordination role to ensure seamless execution of customer success processes for our managed services clients. This includes customer satisfaction, pipeline management, invoicing support, contract renewals, and reporting enablement.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage customer satisfaction and initiate and oversee service improvement plan where needed.
  • Support contract lifecycle activities (renewals, amendments, upsell tracking).
  • Coordinate CSM reporting packages and dashboards.
  • Maintain pipeline data across CSM and ticketing tools.
  • Act as the communication bridge between account executive, service delivery, sales, and finance. 
  • Track Customer Success Plans (CSPs) and Success Improvement Plans (SIPs) in back-office tools.
  • Assist Account Executives and CSMs in meeting preparation, scheduling, and client follow-ups.

Education and Experience:

  • 1-3 years in a support, operations, or coordinator role (Customer Success, Sales Ops, Order Execution, or Project Coordination).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with tools like CRM, ITSM Platforms (e.g.Odoo, ServiceNow).
  • Experience in managed services or IT service environments preferred.
  • ITIL Foundation
